I would be more than happy to ship with a different service (UPS) to see if that makes a difference in the delicacy of the delivery, we have had more luck with UPS in the past. While all packages are susceptible to damage after leaving our warehouse depending on the carrier, the greater majority of our hats arrive to our customers in a great condition! “Amazing! I do wish the package came in better shape, even though it could had been the delivery systems fault. It had a slight dent, but I popped it back in place! The hat is wonderfully made though, it is stiff yet flexible, and hold its place! The brim is not to wide! It’s perfect! I will recommend this brand to anyone! Keep up the Superb work! I love it!!!”
