“I absolutely love GiGi & all that it stands for. However, lately the quality has been extremely poor. I ordered 2 trims for a very nice hat. Unfortunately, when the trim arrived it was poorly manufactured and frayed. It gave the appearance it was a damaged or made with cheap materials. I absolutely, cannot believe the item sent anyway as if I wouldn’t notice it I’m actually offended it made it past quality control based on the prices consumers pay for Gigi Pip products. I gave 2 stars because of the color and fast shipping. Otherwise I would’ve given it a 1 star. I’ll be doing a full tiktok review unboxing.”
