“ha ha ha, it’s May 1 and I still have not received my hat which I ordered on 22 April. I emailed them to ask them why I keep getting alerts saying it was sent but I see it’s still sitting in Salt Lake City. I’m sure I’ll get it in the next few days but it sure would’ve been nice if they were realistic about setting expectations and sending me emails that it was ready to be shipped when it just sat there in Salt Lake City. The email I got back from the person I emailed inquiring about the timing was lame, she basically said I’ll check into it and get back to you and of course I’ve not gotten any reply. Once I get the hat I’m happy to give a review”
