“Love this hat! I had read the sizing descriptions and decided that I needed a small based on being able to use the velcro and hat tape to make it fit perfectly. However, upon arriving in the mail, I realized that the size small visibly looked too big on my head...even if I tightened the velcro. It gave it a funny appearance. I easily exchanged it for an XS, and it fits perfectly! Love this hat!”
“I understand the intention to make the hat look expensive, but when it arrived the brim was bent and all out of shape. Which is odd because this is supposed to be a stiff brim. So the brim is supposed to be a stiff bent brim? That's not what the pictures look like. I'm confused by the sizing too. I ordered this and a Cara hat which is one size bigger than the 55 and for some reason this hat is bigger. I've tried reaching out to the customer service team and left a message but no one bothered to return my call or email. I don't recommend purchasing from this business unless you're okay with a gamble.”
