We are so happy that you absolutely love the Zephyr + it fits well! Have you had a chance to try our adjustable inner band? Flip up the sweatband to find the velcro tab + pull to tighten. Velcro back in place to secure your desired custom fit. The hat can adjust up to 5 cm. It may be really helpful in helping you get the fit you are looking for!
