“First of all, the customer service team was VERY helpful when I had questions about color and sizing. I took a few days to decide on color since I want it to be versatile and go with a lot. I already have a brown Gigi hat so I chose the Ivory Mix. I really love the color. The hat itself seems quite sturdy and well made. It was spendy but you get what you pay for. They helped me choose and advised me that this one runs a little big. I love that the brim is stiff, I’ve had other hats that look like this one only to have the brim lose shape and flop.
