“The hat is good quality but the crown was too high so I returned it. The exchange process was seemingly simple until the hat I exchanged went out of stock (which was disclosed to me during the exchange process). I was sent the hat band and not a hat...so I now have a hat band that I don’t have a hat for and have not been contacted back after two emails with a solution :(. Because of the inconvenience and the timeline I needed the hat for, I will be requesting a full refund.”
