“I never received my hair and failed to give me my money back or hair for which they still have my money and I have to go through hoops just to get money or hair back either one. I had to filed a police report and thank Goodness I got insurance. I will never order from them again. I don’t know about the hair quality but their customer service is not where it should be especially with new customers. I ordered the hair foe a wedding and I still have nothing but they have my money 300.00 worth. I had to order from another hair company’s”
“Color not a good match even though I ordered the sample beforehand. The sample matched but when I received my order I realized it doesn’t. Color has a lot of brown in it & my color is black.”

Thank you for your review! Our Natural Black shade does include brown in it- the Jet Black shade might be a better fit if you are looking for a darker extension.
“I have very thin hair and in the past I tried clip ins but they didn’t work for my hair type. Fast forward 10 years and I decided to ditch the tape in and see if these would work. After teasing my hair a little, these fit snug and secure. I didn’t have any slips throughout the evening even though I kept running my fingers through my hair. They’ve very soft, dense, and high quality. They are dense/heavy so they might make the head tender after wearing them for a few hours, similarly to the first few days after you install tape ins, or wearing your hair in a tight pony all day but it’s definitely manageable and you stop noticing. Overall 5/5 - highly satisfied”
