“It was my first time ordering extensions and the color “natural black”looked washed out more like dark brown with golden highlights. After watching multiple videos on YouTube and tik tok I thought natural black would be the color for me but when I received it, it look nothing like the pictures and sponsor videos that the girls have on social media. Idk if they sent me the wrong color and I tried reaching out to customer service and all they said was unfortunately we can’t accept it since it was tried on already. The Quality was alright not worth $200 plus in my opinion. My friend was the one who recommended glam seamless to me and she personally said it’s not good quality. Looks good on other girls on social media but unfortunately I was not happy and satisfied with my purchase and I barley write negative reviews.”
