“I bought these extensions for the first time. The first time I washed them, they already felt very dry and the ends felt like rough Barbie doll hair. I had them professionally installed and not colored. Every day, the ends became worse and worse. I put oil in them and slept with them braided. I took very good care of them. After the 3rd time washing them (10 days after I had them put in), they were almost completely unmanageable, had split ends worse than anything I’ve seen, and extremely dry, and the ends were the worst part. I had bellami weft extensions in for over a year and have NEVER had any issues with them. These are a very poor quality and not worth it.”

“Horrible! I purchased 3 sets of extensions and not once did the company help me out on what to buy, actually they did and told me to order the wrong ones! Then didn’t help me with an exchange or anything except 20% off next purchase! Why in the world what I purchased more from a company that didn’t do anything for me.? Three sets of extensions that’s about $1000 in product and not one person was able to help me more than a 20% off of a future order. I will never order extensions from this company again!!
I hope nobody else does either. When I sent them a product review pictures, it came back as like a template almost like an automated thing, in other words I don’t think anybody really was on the backside of that… actually looking at the pictures except for a computer.!!”
