“I received the incorrect color and accidently opened it, but the other 20 inch volumizer I purchased was perfect. Lesson learned about not assuming that the order will be perfectly filled. Can't return it because I didn't notice that the color was not an identical match until I started clipping it in. ::sad face:: But I cannot fault the quality of the extensions!”
