“I really wanted to give these the benefit of the doubt, but after one wash the ends(about 4-5 inches) were brittle and feel like they’ve been over-exposed to heat. I’ve tried everything to re-hydrate them oils, hair masks, in-shower treatments. I’m really confused and disappointed considering I’ve heard good things about this brand and actually chose to purchase from here considering a friend recommended it to me. I’ve previously had other brands(Hair Talk, and Bellami), which I had never had many problems with but heard there were better brands out there and this was one of them. Granted, I bought these on sale so maybe that had something to do with it but, had I known if there was a difference I would’ve rather spent more on something that wasn’t going to appear frizzy and damaged after 1 wash.”
