“Placed an order for tapes and a packet of tape extensions on the 11th of April 2021 and I still haven’t received my items! I received my first order much quicker. Shortly before receiving a dispatch email and text I informed glam seamless that I would be returning the order after my first lot of tapes started falling out just 48 hours after installation and after just 4 days more than 50% of my tapes had just simply slipped out! Of course I’m not entitled to a refund because they’re not faulty if they’re not installed by a glamseamless qualified stylist! If that’s the case glam shouldn’t sell their products to the UK market because you’re basically saying that our consumer rights don’t apply!”
