Best tape ever! Fits GlamSeamless tape-in extensions, keeps hair in place for about 5-6 weeks, and is so easy to remove from hair when ready. I have 20 pieces of hair and this will be enough tape for a while!! Very cheap for how long the pack of replacement tape will last me. I typically use coconut oil to remove from hair, and then use rubbing alcohol on a qtip to remove any excess oil on the tape placement area before putting new tape on
