“Worn to a black tie wedding, I’m an 8 up top and 10 in the hips, so ordered the 10 but it was too big. The material is stretchy so would get the 8 if I hired it again. Still wore it and got compliments!”
“I rented this dress in a rush as I had an engagement party and only had a weeks notice. I didn’t wear this dress as it was very uncomfortable, fabric of the dress it self felt nice and had a little stretch but the fabric of the frilly bits was so hard and rough and the right hand frail that’s ment to be like a sleeve was torn andade the sleeve very loose and daggy.
I’m a curvy girl and this dress wasn’t ment to be. If you talk and not curvy you should be fine.”
“To be honest the dress looked better on the model than me. it really is a beautiful elegant dress but it runs rather large so maybe that was my problem. It didn’t give me any shape at all and made me look a little hippy which I’m not. In saying that I did get a lot of compliments on the day but I just didn’t feel comfortable in it. I would definitely stay true to size next time or go down a size as it does stretch.”
