“I ordered this dress for a cocktail party. The pictures do not do the dress justice. It is a beautiful shiny gold dress with a white underlay. I am very pale and the gold suited my skin type, but would have been even more stunning with a natural or spray tan. I am a curvy size 12 and the dress looked beautiful on, however I think it is a very tight fit and the fabric does not have any give at all. In the end I wore my backup dress as I was going to be sitting down a lot during the night and I could barely sit properly in this dress. I think this dress would be perfect if you have a straighter body type, or order the dress up a size. It would be a very appropriate dress for a formal or black tie function, it is a little too dressy for just a cocktail party. Overall I highly recommend this dress it is high quality, I would have thought it was brand new when it arrived. It is stunning on and the colour to die for.”
