“I ordered this as my back-up dress and was lucky that the first dress fit. Despite the hip/waist/bust size being suitable for me, I couldn't even put my entire arm through the sleeve and the dress couldn't get over my thighs.
That the dress runs small should have been identified on the website. I would have returned it for a refund of the back-up amount, but was unaware that you needed to do that within 24 hours.”
