“Hired this dress for my graduation ball as I don't own anything long and quite as glamorous and thought I probably ought to wear something special for the occasion! Also didn't really have time to go shopping for a new one, and didn't want to pay a lot. A day or two after putting in my order I was notified that the packers noticed a tear in the delicate tulle skirt, and though the seamstresses had repaired it it was quite obvious, so I was offered the size up in the same dress and my choice of another dress to be included in my parcel for free! It was very kind and thoughtful. I ended up wearing the original size (8) dress with the small repairs as I didn't mind it - it was at the back about 20cm from the bottom of the skirt, and the skirt is quite flowy so nobody would ever notice it unless you picked up that bit and pointed it out to them! I was very impressed with the prompt communication and generous service that ensured I had something to wear.
The dress itself is beautiful - lovely beaded top and very comfortable skirt. I think the shape of the top and back is very flattering! My bust is small (A-B cup) and the top was a little loose for me (excess fabric front middle which you can see in the picture and wasn't super tight/fitted around my lower back/waist), but it didn't really matter to me and I felt secure enough to dance! There are built in cups in the top so no bra needed.
It's quite long - I am 176cm/5'9" and was wearing 2" heels and the skirt hit the ground, requiring a bit of attention when walking.
