“A beautiful dress that was clearly great quality. I didn’t wear it to my event as the fabric was so heavy and I knew I’d be too hot. But this would be a perfect spring or autumn dress. The straps were a bit loose on my shoulders.”
“This dress is gorgeous! Unfortunately I did not end up wearing this dress and returned it within 24 hours so I could receive a refund.
I think this dress runs a bit small, especially in the hips. It looked gorgeous on but it was too tight to sit in. I’m usually a size 12, but I would’ve needed the 14 which was not available to rent on my event date.
I’ll probably get the 14 in the future if it’s available for my next friends wedding!”
“I rented as back up dress but didn't wear either! This is a navy base with neutral cream lace stripe. It's sleeves are very big and a pity they are not lined with same print on the underside as side view they appear a little unfinished. It's a nice hourglass shape dress but the length is a bit awkward if you're short (I am 5'2) would be lovely for an athletic body.”
“I rented this little beauty to attend a luncheon at the Gold Cup race day in our area. The dress’s material was beautifully heavy, fit so well, and the shape of the dress was amazing. Felt fantastic to wear! Not normally a bigger busted girl, I don't generally have any issues with the top area feeling tight in a dress, but as I am breastfeeding our 3rd baby, I did find this dress was a tighter fit around the bust and across my back. It wasn’t an uncomfortable tight, but definitely snug! Something to keep in mind for this dress. This dress was a joy to wear and I’m always so thankful for GC impeccable service!
