“I wore this to a black tie wedding and received so many complements! One of the best dresses I've ever worn - it was elegant, comfortable and a little bit of fun. Unfortunately when it arrived, there were a few marks on the dress and I had to get it dry cleaned. However the customer service was exceptional - they reimbursed my dry cleaning bill, and in case the marks didn't come out, sent me a range of links to other dresses I might like and couriered two back-up dresses to my office within hours to try and discounted the overall hiring cost. Despite a few small marks on the dress that couldn't be removed, I still felt very glamorous and loved the dress.”
