“This is a beautiful jacket - but mine was missing any middle clasp to allow me to close the jacket. I was in a round table/sit down meeting style situation that meant there was lots of getting up and sitting down, so this was actually not too bad a feature or else I would have been buttoning and unbuttoning constantly. Gave a great cinched waist look despite the lack of middle closure”

“Jacket does not sit like the model. There are no decent buttons to hold it in the closed position, just small clasps on the seam which dont sit nicely. Shoulders are massive, looks like i was wearing my husbands suit jacket. Not very flattering at all. Hard to get sleeves to stay rolled up like in pic. Looked like a poorly tailored suit jacket. Requested refund to which i was told i could only receive in store credits when i had paid by credit card! They were certain this was my only refund option so i asked to use credits for an existing future order to which i was told no. Only when my future order was "destroyed beyond repair" and they contacted me did i chase up my refund from this order to which i should have received back on my card not in store credits. Had there not been an issue with my next (and last order) I would still have store credits i could never use. Wont be shopping with Glam corner again sorry.”
