“I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER hire a dress through your company and will advise anyone I know to do the same. You sent me a txt to advise that my order was cancelled 1 day out from my event AGAIN, the anguish and distress that this has given me is palpable.
The offer to refund my money does not compensate me for the utter anguish of now not having a dress to wear to such an important event in my life. My words cannot fully describe my feelings of hurt at this time.”
