“It arrived 3 days after my event and although I was assured I would be refunded 3-5 days after it was received back by glamcorner, they confirmed via email 7 days ago and I haven't got a refund yet. I also had to reach out a number of times to figure out what was going on and have a refund offered. Postage issues happen which is fine but the service following has fallen only slightly short of non existent. If only I could bill for the colossal waste of my time this whole exercise has been and not just the price of the rentals.
I did try it on and it's quite a nice dress. Probably not best suited to me but nice all the same. Runs a little small. I'm a pretty true 8, maybe a touch under, and it juuust fit. If you go between sizes or have a reasonable sized bust I would size up for sure. Good luck I hope you have better luck than me and receive it on time because if you don't you will spend a lot of time chasing your refund.”
