“First of all the service from Glam Corner is fantastic. This dress arrived exactly when they said it would, with enough time before my event to try it on and work out what else I needed for my outfit. I also ordered a backup dress which wasn't ready at the same time, so they sent this dress ahead and the backup dress the next day.
I got so many compliments on this dress at the wedding I wore it to. As a few other reviewers have said, the dress runs very true to size. I can usually wear a 6 or 8, depending on the brand, but I think a 6 in this dress would have been too firm around my hips. The only issue I had with the sizing was in my bust. I wear a 10B bra and the fitted bodice underneath was too big for me. To overcome this I wore a stick on bra underneath (the dress is pretty much backless so any strapless bra would have shown at the back) and used some double sided tape to keep the bodice in place. I wish that it had fit perfectly around my bust like it did around my hips, but at the end of the day no one noticed and it stayed in place right through the night.
Overall I was extremely happy with this dress. There is quite a bit of weight in the material from the bodice and all the detail, so it was perfect for me to wear on a cooler October evening down near Melbourne. However I would not recommend this dress for a hotter event.”
