“The colour and fit of the dress are amazing. The only downside is the soft lining around the bust, it’s strapless and if you don’t have some boob it fails down. I used tape and it held it in place. It does tend to make it bunch around the tummy area. The fit was perfect I’m usually a 10-12, i hired a 10. As usual Glam Corner was a pleasure to deal with.”
“I love the dress however it was definitely a bigger fit than a standard 8. I have never worn a 6, but I should have gotten as back up in this instance.
The skin colour 'slip' parts underneath, don't stay up on their own and I had to beauty tape them to me. I got lots of compliments! :)”
“loved this thurley lace dress – I wore it to a semi-formal wedding. If I wore a similar dress again, I would buy Hollywood tape (or not wear a bra - not an option for me!) – the nude slip thing doesn’t stay up very well and I had to keep adjusting to make sure my strapless bra was covered. Also, the dress is made of nylon/polyester lace – I wore the dress in 35 degree heat and it was a bit itchy. Sizewise – I would say this dress is a larger 12. I’m also quite short (5’5?) and it came to just above my knee. Also, be careful putting it on – the lace is very delicate. Having said all that it was an AMAZING dress. I got so many compliments and it was super flattering on. I can’t wait to hire a similar one in yellow!”
