“I rented this dress for an engagement last weekend but didn’t get to wear it. It is gorgeous and summery (it is heavy linen like material and the colours are bright and beautiful), however it was a bit too summery for an evening engagement on a wintery day. I would definitely hire it again for a different event in future. I hired the size 8 and it was true to size. The A-line skirt is really flattering, but note that it is figure-hugging across the stomach area. The back is also very open so you can’t wear a bra - this was not an issue for me because I have a small bust but I can imagine this wouldn’t be ideal for someone that needs to wear a bra.”
