I am exceptionally pleased with every element of this knife. It holds an edge, it’s forgiving when sharpening, it has excellent weight, and perhaps most importantly it’s the perfect length.
It has become my go-to knife because I’m not afraid to bang it around a bit, and I know it’s up to the task.
