“I am an enthusiast home cook, and someone who owns many knives of various qualities. Some less expensive, and some more expensive than this knife.
I am exceptionally pleased with every element of this knife. It holds an edge, it’s forgiving when sharpening, it has excellent weight, and perhaps most importantly it’s the perfect length.
It has become my go-to knife because I’m not afraid to bang it around a bit, and I know it’s up to the task.
If you’re looking for a knife that will probably last you years of heavy use, or a lifetime of light use, I’d recommend this one.”
