“This is my first set of Japanese manufactured knives and I must say the hype is real. The knives are so sharp I barely need to put in any effort in making a cut or slicing anything really. The only thing left to see is how they stand the test of time. Regarding the asthetics, I love how the Anniversary set has almost a sword like design (I'm no expert on this).”
