“The quality you get with the Global knives is unmatched. The price appear on the surface to be higher, but knife for knife, they clearly age better than another "popular" brand. Got the other brand as a wedding gift years ago and they worked really well for the first 15 years, then the quality seemed to fade. Along the way, I had purchased 2 global knives and those quickly became the preferred knives my wife and I both used.
Finally, we felt the need to purchase a new knife set after 25 years with the old ones. We went with Global all the way around this time. We absolutely love our knives again.”
