As a former physical education teacher and trainer, I am used to daily exercise. I started the program on a trial basis to see if it would add to my daily routine. I found it to be a well-structured and well-composed program that even a complete beginner, physically inactive person, can start at their own level, but due to the nature of the exercises, it can be done in a way that is suitable for an old but active athlete like me as a morning mobility exercise to start the day, preparing the joints for the daily challenges.

I love this program because it relies on familiar movements while also introducing new techniques that don’t appear in other GMB programs. I also appreciate its adaptability: typically, I used it for recovery but found it easy to dial up the intensity for a challenging workout.

I like this course and I feel like it is making a difference. I have had a very sore left shoulder for a year and a right knee that really doesn’t bend that much so some of the squat exercises are difficult but my main issue is the jump from 3 mins to 7 mins for the longer sessions Not clear if the goal is to be continuous but 7 mins in a plank position is a looooooong time. Yes I can choose to do less or do it in bits but does make me feel a bit useless

There's definitely no part of the program where you are being told to hold a plank for seven minutes - please, please shoot us an email (or just respond to the ones we send offering help) anytime you find an exercise or instruction isn't clear. We're here for you :)

I'm finding that my strength and range of movement is improving, as well as my coordination, as my strength is improving

Somethings in the program I find easy, while others are very challenging. I’m surprised when an exercise highlights just how weak I am in an area which I thought I had strength in. I’ve increased my range of movement quite a bit these past 3 weeks and I’m starting to know my body’s abilities more and more. I really like this and it’s helping me grow more confident in my capabilities at home, with the Grandkids and at work. I’m glad I found this program and I hope to get elements soon.

Older and trying to maintain fitness my experience is injuries are more frequent and recovery time slower. Hard to keep rolling at the level I want, so I was looking for a different approach. Early days but GMB Resilience fits the bill. I love the breakdown of Prepare and Practice in each session. The exercises help me move in ways that are new but very natural. The instruction and support is superb. I feel confident this program will keep me active long term. The name of the program says it all: resilience.
