“As a former physical education teacher and trainer, I am used to daily exercise. I started the program on a trial basis to see if it would add to my daily routine. I found it to be a well-structured and well-composed program that even a complete beginner, physically inactive person, can start at their own level, but due to the nature of the exercises, it can be done in a way that is suitable for an old but active athlete like me as a morning mobility exercise to start the day, preparing the joints for the daily challenges.”

“I like this course and I feel like it is making a difference. I have had a very sore left shoulder for a year and a right knee that really doesn’t bend that much so some of the squat exercises are difficult but my main issue is the jump from 3 mins to 7 mins for the longer sessions Not clear if the goal is to be continuous but 7 mins in a plank position is a looooooong time. Yes I can choose to do less or do it in bits but does make me feel a bit useless”
There's definitely no part of the program where you are being told to hold a plank for seven minutes - please, please shoot us an email (or just respond to the ones we send offering help) anytime you find an exercise or instruction isn't clear.
