I enjoy the mobility program in that, it has done exactly what it is supposed to. This year I've been doing a 15 min session daily, and had been through it twice before, and still find results through it (and 15 a day is achievable every day). If you want to get moving better, it's a great way to do so. Elements was great as well and also had a lot of movement benefits.

In general I like the philosophy and the way the training sessions are structured

GMB and the team have compiled a set of exercises that have changed how I approach fitness. I was stuck pumping iron with basic set/reps. It was monotonous and at my age it was unsustainable But after I bought the Triple Shot Conditioning program , my athletic ability has boosted and I see a change in my health Love what these guys are doing and wish they continue to earn money and build more programs and be available for future users

Elements puts the fun in functional fitness...having something that is playful, interesting, challenging and not too repetitive makes the program much more accessible. I've had a few trauma injuries that really set me back from working through this program but am re-joining as I'm starting to heal up. Finding it super helpful, thanks.

I started GMB with Elements and progressed into Integral Strength, and it’s been the most sustainable and effective training I’ve ever done. I’ve been training with it consistently for almost a year now, which is something I’ve never managed with other programs. For the first time, I built real, usable strength — progressing into shrimp squats, developing strong arms, and gaining visible muscle definition that others noticed. My brother actually decided to start GMB after I showed him the shrimp squat progression, and my wife gave it a try after seeing me carry our sleeping kids and lift them all the way into the upper bunk bed with control and ease. That kind of everyday strength was new for me. What truly sets GMB apart is the philosophy behind the training. There’s no race and no pressure to chase intensity just to feel exhausted. The focus is simply to show up, move well, and improve gradually. It feels less like a short-term fitness program and more like long-term physical maintenance. Slowing down and prioritizing quality over quantity made consistency possible for me. The progressions are smart, mobility work supports recovery, and I feel stronger without feeling worn down. I’ve completed the bodyweight version of Integral Strength and am now progressing through the bar version, and the results continue to build. At this point, training doesn’t feel like something I have to force myself to do — it’s just part of how I take care of my body now, and that alone makes GMB worth it.

I like the program, it’s definitely helping me to build strength and flexibility. I have had to adjust so exercises to protect my knees and pelvic floor. I would also prefer the balance of upper and lower body exercises to move towards more lower body exercises.

Fantastic program. Seems simple but it still challenging. Do it daily and it’ll come together quickly.

I've been doing the laziest track possible: 15mn of Elements, every once in a while. sometimes 3-4 times a week, but honestly, more like 1-2. and crazy as it is, I see massive progress. I'm not practicing any other sports, (feeling some shame around it), except a bit of jumping on a trampoline. but I am so much stronger, more flexible, and i feel more mobile overal. the exercises that were super hard at first I can now consistently do with good form for the duration of each timer. I also have no muscle aches afterwards, or barely. which is important in my line of work. so yeah, I'm really impressed.

It works. I used to be able to use the local high school gym but they broke their promise to allow us to use it. This is the best option I have. You were recommended by my doctor.

Simply phenomenal company and products. I have completed elements, strength, and mobility programs and found that they all helped the way they promised to. What I find so incredible about GMB's programs is that you I've repeat the some programs (e.g. elements) multipel times, yet I still continue learning more about my body with each new session. On a seprate note, I found the pain relief aspect of elements on my back was near-immediate. For that reason, I've gifted elements to several people now who have all reported similar benefits after using the program. Admittedly, I'm someone that likes to ponder about and analyze my physical movements more than the average person. Regardless, I found this program to be spectacular. At this point, I do one to two sessions of elements each week to complement what is primarily a strength-based workout regimen. Thanks, GMB team, for a great product.

My name is Patrick, and I am 37 years old. This review is about the GMB concept as a whole, and it might be a bit longer—but I hope it helps others who are trying to decide if it’s right for them. I’ve never been someone who stuck with one sport for years or trained with strict discipline. Instead, I’ve always been the kind of person who tries a lot of things without fully committing to any of them. I’ve started many things—and abandoned just as many. I first discovered GMB several years ago on YouTube, though I can’t quite remember how. What I do remember is that something about it immediately resonated with me. It aligned perfectly with my desire to become fitter while allowing my body—especially my feet—to move more naturally. Around that time, I had already transitioned from regular shoes to barefoot and minimalist footwear, so the philosophy behind GMB just made sense to me. Back then, I bought the Elements program and got started. But, like so many things before, I stopped again due to various life circumstances. Over the following years, I kept coming back to GMB from time to time, using the free YouTube content—but I never truly stayed consistent. That changed about a year ago. For the first time, I managed to stick with it. I restarted Elements and, despite a few interruptions from illness and everyday life, I actually finished it. That alone felt like a small personal victory. Afterward, I moved on to alternating between Integral Strength and Mobility, which I’m still doing today. What surprised me the most is where I feel the impact of this training. It’s not during the workouts themselves—it’s in everyday life. And I think that’s something that can be confusing, even discouraging at first, because it goes against everything we’ve learned about training. We’re used to measuring progress in numbers: more reps, more weight, better performance every session. GMB doesn’t work like that—and honestly, that’s exactly why it works so well. Every exercise can be adapted to different levels, which makes it accessible but also deeply personal. Some days I feel strong and push myself with more challenging variations. Other days, I take a step back and choose something easier. It’s flexible, intuitive—and at times, hard to measure. And that was a real shift for me. Even now, I feel like I’m still learning to let go of that old mindset. But slowly, something is changing. I’m starting to listen to my body in a way I never really did before. I’m not quite where I want to be yet—but I can feel that I’m on the right path. The biggest changes show up in the small, everyday moments. When I play with my child on the floor, I naturally sit cross-legged. When I stand up, I move in ways I’ve learned from training. Movements that once felt awkward are becoming smoother, more natural. Even though I’m far from being in what I would call “great shape,” my body already feels more capable. And that feeling is incredibly motivating. With this kind of training, your goals begin to shift. It’s no longer just about lifting heavier weights or chasing higher numbers—although those things still have their place. Instead, the focus becomes something deeper: building a body that feels strong, mobile, and ready for everyday life. For me, that’s what really matters. My personal goal is simple: I want to be fitter at 50 than I am today—and I want to carry that fitness with me into old age. I want to stay capable, active, and present for as long as possible—for myself and for my family. GMB, to me, is more than just a training program. It’s a mindset. And that mindset is slowly changing how I feel in my own body—and in my everyday life—for the better. I’m only beginning to fully understand that now, and I’m truly grateful to the team behind it for what they’ve created. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Ryan. His friendly, respectful, and genuinely positive way of teaching is something I truly appreciate, and I always enjoy watching his videos. Thank you so much!

GMB has been my best fitness decision ever. Their programs are excellent. I have completed Elements a couple of times, Integral Strength, Mobility and working on Triple Shot and Resilience right now. I love the clearly structured follow-along programs. If you want to you can just show up and do the work. They have tons of high quality articles as well if you want to dig deeper. Explanations are easy to understand and sport on. Most, I love their attitude and approach to training and life.

An absolutely fantastic exercise system. It promotes mobility and strengthens the core. I’m a dentist. At age 40, I managed to herniate a cervical disc. After the surgery, I was looking for something that would get me back on my feet so I wouldn’t have to worry about another injury. I also practice aikido, which is demanding on mobility. I found GMB. When I showed it to my physical therapist, he confirmed that you work on exactly the same principles as this system. After 4 months of training, I’m much more flexible, stable, and stronger. Nothing hurts—not at work, not during aikido, and not even when I’m playing around with my 3 kids. It’s great; I highly recommend it. Z

So I've been doing these programs off and on for the close to a decade now and I still absolutely love them!! Coming back to them time and time again brings such a great awareness and understanding every time. As a college baseball player, climber, capoerista, parkour athlete and father of 2 active boys, I have always appreciated strength and conditioning, but MOVING was something that got lost along the way. GMB has made it accessible, comprehensible, achievable and most of all FUN. The programs give you the chance to stay with a movement, and truly understand what is happening on a strength, coordination and mobility level and figure out what you need to do to work at the level that is right for you. I am so grateful to have this in my life. It has opened deeper understandings of myself and a general sense of gratitude for my body, what it can do, and how adaptable it can be when given the chance. Thank you all for being a part of my journey!!!

I started with GMB several years ago and I got pretty frustrated with slow progress. Impatience and physical limitations got in my way. I drifted away with a deeper squat. Then I went to F45 and got stronger, more flexible … and tired and injured. I returned to GMB and the sessions and teaching clicked. A little more strength and flexibility gave me early wins that stymied me before. I’m able to slow down a focus on the quality of movement. Still learning how to tap into the GMB community but expect that will come with time. Jump in if you’re down for workouts that focus on movement quality and time under attention

I’ve been using GMB on and off for many years now, but recently I finally committed to being consistent after being relatively sedentary. In only 4ish weeks, my knee pain has pretty much stopped ruining my life. My hips move so much better and my lower back feels 5 years younger. And the time required is so little. I just needed to change my mind set and appreciate where I am and every week I seem to be moving the needle towards where I want to be. GMB is always responsibe to issues and questions so even though this is online, you’re not left to fend for yourself too much. They really do strive to make their programs dummy proof and their web app is intuitive.

It’s been hard to find consistent time to exercise, but elements has been a great program anyway. I find myself playing around with the movements even when i don’t have time for a session. My shoulder mobility has gotten pretty rough after a few too many years of desk work with limited exercise. This program’s been just the medicine they needed. They’re more mobile, which is making me more confident, which is getting them more exercise, a virtuous cycle back to a healthier me. Huge fan.
