GMB has allowed me to view exercise in a way that actually makes me want to do it. Their approach involves mindfully controlling your body and making deliberate movements no matter which movement you're working on. This takes the boredom out of exercise and makes me appreciate the subtle joy of moving ones body.

I am using elements 3 times a week, 15 minutes at a time, combining it with my main activity of cycling (road and mtb 12-14 hours a week plus races) AND some leg specific strength for cycling.. I started GMB after a awkward adductor / hip flexor nerve injury made it very hard to transition between positions. I WAS GYM STRONG, but couldn’t access the strength.. - Elements has evolved me quite well, little by little moving better and better, more range, more strength in context , more skill in the transitions.. now i can access my strength and move like a 20 year old - note I am 59, 6’1”. 195lbs.. 👊👊👊

I am a very inflexible and immobile desk job 50+ year old. With consistency (27 classes so far) I have made measurable progress. Although I can’t do a couple of the moves at all yet….I know it will come. I plan to redo Elements are continue to improve over and over. Great program and instructions! I love the lifetime access.

GMB Fitness is the best fitness training I have ever experienced. I used a lot of their programs already and they made me more capable in every physical aspect. Also it's a lot of fun.

GMB Fitness is great :) Their approach is creative, helpful, and very mindful. They put real care into what they produce and in a very consistent way. The programs are original, thoughtfully designed, and easy to follow no matter the skill level. I especially appreciate how clear and well-structured the tutorials are: they break things down in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming and progress comes naturally. Overall, GMB Fitness has been a very good experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to build strength, mobility, and capability.

It's hard to know where to start, there's so much great stuff available from GMB. I appreciate most the focus on moving well for life in general and the other things we like to do. There's so much care and thought that's gone into the programs and the overall approach to physical activity and fitness. Everything fits together well, each part complements and is supported by other parts, and it's all grounded in solid and time-tested knowledge.

I'm currently completing the Elements programme (again) and had forgotten how good it is. I love the fact that they are educationists and really care about your developement. It's not something I have ever regretted purchasing.

I am a 53 years old, ex military, martial artist, runner & rower with the corresponding high milage on my body but still training solidly today & GMB a big part of that. I use Resilience preemptively, & switch between Mobility & Elements depending on demands I’m asking of myself. Training hard gig rowing for world championships next spring right now & Mobility a great balance to the work in boat, incredible return on 15 minutes a day

GMB’s programs have helped me find greater ease, joy, and strength in my everyday activities. They’ve also been a great complement to my martial arts practice, supporting both mobility and control. I highly recommend giving their work a try.

At my age, maintaining and improving functional strength and mobility are critically important. The GMB programs I'm following are motivating and effective in helping me pursue that goal. Exercise has always been a stress buster for me and the GMB programs have helped me a lot during some very difficult times. I'm glad I made the commitment to try them out! Thanks!

What you put on your website made a lot of sense to me. I am nearly halfway through the Elements programme and yes, it delivers on promises. Strenght, skills and coordination improve in ways relevant for what I want to keep doing (I'm 67, not a sports type but going beyond physical guidelines at times). Thanks for putting the programme together. I'm looking forward to starting with some of your other programmes.

I have done elements and mobility and am working my way through integral strength. I have better mobility in my shoulders and hips and better posture than I have for many years despite consistently trying to focus on functional mobility and trying various therapists.

I'm 70 years old and work part time with very senior citizens. I see the challenges they have with strength flexiblity and balance. I'm enjoying using the programs Immortality and Resilience to help with the above. They are similar in approach but have some different movements to help me move and build core leg and upper body strength. Some movements are easy and some are hard! This discovery allows me to see what my body needs to improve. I do the best I can with what I've got. As Ryan says have courage and keep going!

I think I am still on my journey. I am still hoping to see changes. I think I should have started with the the more gradual elements program. I am having fun. I think I am still curious about what will happen if I cna stay consistent with elements for longer

I have had GMB programs for years and tend to always do them to some degree in between other programs. That said, the amount of injuries I’ve experienced through Muay Thai and Judo has taken its toll on my aging bones. Currently recovering from a grade 3 calf tear and tennis elbow which I’ve never let rest. Elements is now my focus on the road to recovery. I must say it is vastly improving my mobility and is amazing how it forces you to ‘hear your body’. My goal after elements is to go through integral strength and potential keep recycling those and improve and develop each time. GMB is amazing, it’s unfortunate that it’s taken me so long and many injuries later to commit to it. Better late than never. I would highly recommend anyone to just trust the process, it’s enjoyable too. GMB gang, you rock!

After completing the Elements program, I found that I struggled with the pauses in some of the moves. My strength and control wasnt quite where I wanted it. So I looked up some of the other programs and I thought the Mobility and Integral Strength programs would help me in the areas I think are my weak points. I have almost finished the Mobility and Just over half way through the IS. The mobility is a really easy program to fit into my daily life and always finish feeling good. Its great for moving the parts of my body in a great range that often is neglected. The IS really works the weak areas, my lower trunk, especially any hip forward hinge movements and any bends to the side. I think my efforts will now go toward working more on the strength and use the mobility in between. I plan on doing both Programs again and then return to elements, fast track, to see the improvements that im sure will be evident. Keep up the good work GMB!

Nice progression into the more technical moves x they always feel a little awkward at first but after practice they feel smooth and controlled. The videos could be a little clearer as they reset after one cycle so sometimes it’s hard to tell how you are meant to get back to the initial position.

I love GMB and would recommend it to anyone. It is a fun way to improve your strenghth, flexibility, balance and movement in general. I started with Rings progrm, but have purchased several programs since, and I haven't been dissappointed.
