“GMB Fitness has helped me beyond my wildest dreams. When I first heard of them through a YouTube ad, I was immediately impressed by their intelligent approach to improving one's fitness, and their programs have helped me even more than I could imagine at the time. Elements is really fun, even though it is very challenging for me, and makes me want to keep doing it, and gives me the courage too believe in myself. To keep working toward better and better physical shape despite lingering effects from injuries that have been limiting me for years. With GMB, I can see how I can keep improving my physical capacity, with time, and with practicing the skills they teach. The GMB Mobility program has taught me some ways of increasing range of motion, while building comfort in my muscles and joints through movements that are performed in a different way from the way stretching is usually taught elsewhere.
Besides the programs per se, being a member of the GMB community has just been fantastic for the camaraderie and support of people who are all training to make their lives more fulfilling. It is so motivating to see what other community members are doing, and to receive encouragement from them, as well, for what I have been doing, and for new things I'm thinking about trying.
If you're considering any of GMB's programs I would highly recommend that you jump in and give them a try. But, if you're not ready yet, you can make use of a lot of the free resources they provide via e-mail, YouTube, and social media, and already those can take you far. I mix them in with my paid programs”
“After my first work out I thought the program was too advanced. Having trusted the system.
I have gradually started to lean into the movements that were beyond impossible not just painful
Now I walk toward all the movements with a new found belief that if I cant today I know that I am
moving in the right direction by just trying.”
“I am very satisfied with GMB as it offers simple programs with clear instructions. I previously had problems with my lower back which now have disappeared.”
“I love GMB Fitness because they give really good instructions in their videos. And in addition to the programs you buy (and can do all over again without limitations) they have short videos on instagram and youtube for free. Nice workout ideas, compilations for special goals (e.g. strengthen your wrists, get more mobile akles). Really good. Never stop this! Thanks a lot.”
“Love the Elements course which has taught me new skills and helps my body to move in sync. Two suggestions.
I know the course is meant to get people moving, with the sentiment that what you can do is ok and you’ll improve, but info on best practice and what perfect form should look like would be good. You generally can’t practice in a mirror so it would be good to have really good tips on movement while
Practising Second, I’m restarting the course and find it’s not very user friendly to be able to go back to earlier sessions in order”
Hey Alex, you can tap the Tutorial button on any exercise to get the full details on correct form.
And the program is designed to be done in order instead of returning to previous sessions. If you need to restart from the beginning, just send us an email, and we'll help you out.
“Really nice approach to movements.
Slow and steady pace with incremental difficulty.
I am starting to see my hand balance improve.
I will finish it and jump on to the higher levels”
“The GMB material covers every part of the body and helps me get more limber, which I really need as I age. I am going through Elements for the third time now and still learning.”
“I started elements a few months ago. Started doing 15mins a day option
I found my daily movements just became a little easier. I am moving a lot better.
I’m 46 and have not surfed properly for 10 years, with having kids and back aches.
I feel like I’ll be back in the water in spring and able to surf with my kids rather than just pushing them into waves.
The moves are easy to follow , if you can’t do all of it, get as close as you can , don’t be hard on yourself and just enjoy the process.
Thank you”
“60+, needed to get stronger, more balance, more coordination, wanted privacy in my workout and to be able to rewind, try again, and improve without feeling left behind.... I finished, started over, and return when different areas start to ache. So much better, safer and more efficient use of time for me than going to a gym... Thanks so much!”
“I like the fact that the moves are changing from day to day and include things I haven't seen elsewhere. I also like the reflective part of each day. Realizing that I AM making gradual progress even though I am not totally wearing myself out is motivating. Ryan and Jarlo are excellent instructors! There's always something new to shoot for.”
“These guys know what they're doing... and talking about. I love how their content is backed by the latest research, not just about exercise science, but also about how mentally to stick with a program and get the most out of it. The "Ponder" element of the programs is an important missing component in a lot of other training programs. These guys recognize the psychology behind how to stick with new habits and gain a sense of progress. I also love the way they "resist" perfectionism and reinforce gradual progress. They do a great job of offering modifications if you need them, but also challenges with movements.”
“The GMB system works. Period. Full Stop. I tried all of the mobility apps, recovery apps, yada yada. i did all the foam rolling and pt exercises. Nothing comes close to how i feel when i am done with a GMB session. My body feels great. My problem areas aren't so problematic. It feels like i dipped into the fountain of youth and got a little younger. They are constantly refining their products for free. What's not to like.”
“Been really enjoying GMB. I have always considered myself someone who just is not flexible. But after doing elements I can actually do a squat all the way down! So many other movements have gone from, “almost impossible” to “pretty easy”. Now I am almost done with mobility and have more programs qued up next. I don’t see myself stopping GMB. I have just seen too much benefit in a very short time to just quit.”
“I have several GMB programs and my favorites are Elements and Integral Strength.
The best part of the GMB method is that you can always improve. With consistency, even the movements you think you'll never be able to do become a bit easier. Just follow the instructions and trust the process.”
