I’m primarily a runner and as such, incorporating strength training has always been a challenge. I’ve found that the Resilience has been a great tool that is not only scalable but also approachable for a variety of skill levels. It’s now a regular component of my weekly activities that provides that base level of strength training to my program.

GMB's programs are intended for general fitness, strength, mobility and control. The program I use is purely online and works in any browser. Basically one follows a pre-determined sequence of sessions that gradually build up the skills in a planned and reasonable way. This is nice as one does not need to think about planning. For me the program is more demanding regarding strength and also mobility. But the way the sessions are performed are different from what I know (with fixed sets and reps or EMOMs) as it is more about focus and less about full power and sweat. Therefore you will not burn out which is good in my age group.

I love GMB's internal strength. I'm a busy father and nursing student so having flexible workouts I can do at home make exercise possible. I feel stronger, more flexible, less sore and better able to play with my kid.

The feeling of improved posture and aches and pains that I thought where part of my future, are now manageable, maybe they will vanish when I finish the elements program. First program that I felt I wanted to keep showing up. So far it made me feel great!

The exercises are interesting but it gets boring doing the same thing for 3 or 7 minutes with no verbal cues or music

GMB fitness has really been a life changer for my fitness. I'm a 49 year old man who spends a considerable amount of my work day at a desk so I must make an effort to stay active. During the pandemic I had really started to become sedentary and gained more than thirty pounds over the weight I had maintained for most of my life. I was also stiff and really had lost a lot of muscle. I had discovered functional fitness and quadrapedal movements through internet research and eventually discovered that GMB had developed the Elements program built around this. I've never really enjoyed weights so was really drawn to the prospect of working out virtually anywhere with basically no equipment (though puzzle mats can really help). In the past I had dabbled with bodyweight training but hadn't gotten too deep into it because I never had a well designed program. I went on to complete the Elements program several times and have also completed several other of the GMB programs including Integral Strength Mobility, and Sequences. I've since shed all the weight I had gained and considerably more. I'm more mobile and stronger than ever before in my life and have started training even more advanced bodyweight moves like handstands and muscle ups. I genuinely look forward to my daily movement time and it doesn't feel like a chore as it had for much of my life. GMB also reinforces a healthy outlook on exercise to help you maintain consistency and avoid injury. In the programs the lead coach Ryan consistently mentions to do what feels right for you today. This helps take some of the pressure off of feeling like you have to go all out every session and helps to foster a sustainable relationship with your body and fitness program. I highly recommend GMB Fitness.

After almost two years following GMB training method I gained autonomy for physical activity.. GMB was what I was looking for in a certain moment of my life but now it has definitely turned in my main source of physical activity. I can only give thanks to all the people behind GMB because they made me discover how easily I can workout at home following their suggestions.

GMB programs have a high return on money and time invested. Their programs have been great for resuming my fitness journey after years of being a sedentary office worker. I’ve completed multiple programs and have found they’re very repeatable and allow room to go deeper each time. I plan to use GMB programs long term to achieve my strength, mobility, and overall fitness goals. Also, the folks who run the show at GMB are very knowledgeable and accessible.

In the wide world of fitness/training, there are many things that GMB's programs don't cover (for example, all of GMB's programs are body-weight only), so if GMB's programs don't cover your area of interest, than it obviously makes sense to use something else. HOWEVER, if GMB's programs DO cover your area(s) of interest (or you're just looking for general physical-attribute development and don't have a preference on exercise type), investing in one or more GMB programs should be the easiest decision of your life because GMB is by far the best fitness company that I've ever encountered - amazing training platform, fantastic instructional videos, best-in-class customer service and support, extremely effective programming, etc.

I've been enjoying elements so far. I appreciate that it is a true course and so builds from session to session. I had for a long-time been a runner who had done minimal weight training on the side, and I realized that as I aged I needed to work on broader notions of strength, mobilty and flexibility to stay injury-free. Elements seems to provide that.

Elements is an astoundingly good program. I just finished my first 30 sessions and feel better now than after 10+ years of Ashtanga Yoga. My range of motion, flexibility and aches and pains are all substantially better. It's very well designed. The programing and progressions are intelligent and there are adaptations for everything to meet you where you are/at your current level. Elements is at once challenging and fun! I'm starting my next Elements cycle now and considering what GMB program to try next. Thanks GMB! 🙏🤸🏻‍♂️💪

My goal when I started was literally, “I want to do more than just lift heavy sh*t!” GMB is exactly what I needed! I was already in good enough shape, fit enough, and able to move. I was just looking for something more. Putting in the effort with GMB has made me stronger, given more stability for bigger lifts, and given me more strength through a better range of motion. That last part is huge! More strength through a better range doesn’t just make weights easier, it makes life easier- from workouts, to keeping up with my kids, shovelling snow, jujitsu, work- all of it! I love the courses, the info, and the community aspect of it too. I’m always looking forward to starting my next program :)

I have had both hips replaced in the last 3 1/2 years. I have been GMB'ing for 2 years now. Although it has taken awhile for me to "get It". The difference between Locomotion VS 50 squats, 50 pushups and 50 crunchs has been huge. I am well on my way to being an efficient Monkier, Frogger, Crabber and Bear Walking machine AND most importantly enjoying every minute of it. I have fallen in love with "exploring" what my body can do VS how many reps! My stiffness and pains have gone magically away :)

These programs have been instrumental in improving my mobility, particularly in my hips and shoulders. The joint exercises, focus on body awareness and enjoyable approach have allowed me to make significant strides in my mobility goals. The practices are straightforward and easy to follow, ensuring proper form and safety and the programs stand out for their effectiveness and focus on specific areas. Also, the variety and flexibility of the programs keep me engaged and motivated throughout my training sessions. While the online platform can sometimes pose challenges for me because I live in a remote area, the results I have achieved through these programs far outweigh any difficulties. GMB has genuinely transformed the way I approach mobility training, and I am grateful for the progress I have made. I highly recommend GMB's programs to anyone looking to improve their mobility and overall physical capabilities. A special shout out to mobility, breathing and recovery programs, which are of great value in maintaining the entire evolution process!

I have been using GMB as a post-CrossFit program and I must say it is truly outstanding. Not only does it enhance mobility and skill development, but it also avoids the tedious approach of forcefully attempting movements. The flexibility of GMB makes it the ideal workout routine for me, especially when I'm traveling for work and limited to hotel rooms. By following GMB's programming, I never find myself getting bored or fatigued from CrossFit and strength training. Make sure you check out the GMB youtube as well, also a great resource.

Over the years i've bought and followed many programs, the difference with GMB is that i finish them and then start them again. From the mobility program my hip and shoulder mobility has improved amazingly. With integrated strength, i've built the strength around that mobility that has really helped reduce the injuries one typically gets when trying to play competitive amateur sport in your mid-50s! Cool programs, fun to do and really effective! Mark
