I have done both Elements and Integral Strength and improved both strength and mobility. Particularly I find that my shoulder and torso stability when pushing on the ground is much better.

GMB has been great! It takes some getting used to the philosophies, but the results are amazing. Elements and Mobility have helped me move better and with more control!

Excellent program and great explanations of the movements. Love the movement training philosophy employed with the various ways to scale the more complex movements. Sometimes the app though freezes up and loses my progress or the audio is lost...but i usually don't mind repeating a training session.

I have been associated with GMB for a good number of years, and have come to regard their sense of care for their online clients very highly. With any kind of online program, it is very important to take the notion that a lot of your clients may not be very aware of their bodies, and may have the tendency to overdo certain exercises enough to cause themselves injury. GMB offers a lot options to regress movements/exercises until the required strength is achieved. I also find their "Live" seminars and messaging boards to make contact with their trainers or fellow clients makes it into a community centered around all of their programs. They have a base program called "Elements," that introduces clients to the way they work, introducing to their base animal movements: frog, monkey, crab, and bear. These movements form the structure of a lot of their more advanced programs, and strengthen the body in ways that are not made up of your usual calisthenics-like movements, but more in the spirit of yoga. The strengthening helped me overcome shoulder pain that I had for years. It isn't a quick fix, but like any exercise program, requires you follow through, doing the movements regularly. You can spend as little as 15 minutes a day, or up to 45 minutes a day...the online programs are self-administered, with demonstration videos for everything (you can skip them once you are familiar with them). You can log your workouts, schedule them whenever you want, and keep a log of your impressions as you go. Overall, I would highly recommend joining GMB and trying out Elements, or one of their other programs (I use their Mobility program when I feel extra tight from swimming or running).

Accidentally bumped into GMB some 4 years ago and kniw for sure I am sticking around for next 40. Well, maybe. It changed my training in many ways and I am having fun along with it. Only drawback, its online and not in person ;)

I absolutely love GMB Fitness. The only thing I wish is that I had started sooner! The programs are very well designed with clear video instruction so that you can adjust everything to your own pace. I am stronger, move better, and most importantly feel better. And I know I can do so much more! Thank you, GMB.

I am a former athlete and now family man wanting to keep his body working well for a lifetime. GMB has been my main source of training for over a decade and I’m very satisfied. GMB has truly changed the way I know my body and move in daily life. I’m grateful, and would recommend it to anyone who values holistic well-being.

Have been using GMB for 8+ years. It is my foundation for better movement and functional fitness. I love the programs for their structure, flexibility in duration and being fun at the same time. I can fit this with other training as it compliments and improves my other focus areas.

Absolutely LOVE every program I've tried (Mobility - on the 2nd time through), Elements, Resiliance, Recovery, Intergral Strength: Body Weight, Literal Immortality. I've probably got too many going at once, but various other factors (nasty lingering respiratory ailment; tendonitis) have meant that I've needed to dial things back. So good to have both options and structure.

GMB fitness is outstanding. 15 years ago, in my late 20’s, I found myself strong in the gym, but my overall movement capacity dwindled. After years of messing around on YouTube with negligible results I finally got Elements, the best purchase of my life when you consider how it gave me triplanar motion back and sent me further down the GMB rabbit hole. Now at 44 I move better and feel better than 25 years ago as a college baseball pitcher and center fielder. I’m now on my last 5 sessions of Sequences and really never imagined I would move this well or feel this good, not just physically but mentally. My energy and focus are better. I love playing with my daughters, 4 and 9, and I can ALMOST keep up with the 9 year olds gymnastics. I have many auxiliary programs now, and they are all great, but trust me when I say to follow the path. Step 1: Elements Step 2: Integral Strength (or mobility) Step 3: Sequences These 3 programs have 8 paths (3, 3, and 2), and are literally better than YEARS and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS spent on random programs and personal training (not knocking it…I was one for 15 years and now 10 years as a PT). TL;DR: Elements is all you need to move better than 90-99% of the population as you age. Integral strength adds stability to the foundation for greater movement capacity and resilience. Sequences is amazingly fun, but can be frustrating. If you’re patient and trust the GMB way of not forcing progress and trying to stay move it is INCREDIBLY gratifying and opens up the wide world of movement to whatever you want. Dance, martial arts, Ido Portal stuff, free run, capoeira, climbing, break dance etc. If you work this 3 step path it literally feels like a choose your own adventure where movement is as exploratory and fun as it was in childhood. HIGHLY recommended!

GMB, basically, changed my life: - engaging whole body exercises with no equipment; - a very practical reasonable philosophy of training: either to help live a better life in physical body or to prepare for a specific sport; - a variety of programs that can be combined based on my needs or goals; - additional focused modules for, say, shoulders, knees, or hips; - all of it arranged in a safe way - including for a middle aged or older people - to minimize injuries and related set backs; - excellent support when and how you need it. Results: 5-6 years ago, I couldn't sit more than 30 min without pain in the lower back; I could not get my butt off the floor supported by legs and one arm - due to shoulder pain. Now, I do 10-12 Three-Point Bridges painlessly and with ease. More importantly, I have no more pains, aches, stiffness in the morning or at random times during the day - when go upstairs or get out of the car, etc. I know I'm a GMB guy for life. Thanks, GBM people.

I've been a GMB client for a number of years, beginning with Elements, and now having also completed several rounds of Integral Strength, Sequences, and Mobility. I love it. GMB hasn't only made me a more capable mover, it has taught me how to train myself better. As a martial artist, the programs have opened up movements that I never thought possible for me, like pistol squats. Nowadays, I'm expanding my horizons with other modalities, but I antjcipate GMB will remain part of my training schedule for many years to come!
