After years of sitting at a desk & cycling, my legs & lower back were a mess. I found Elements & it was huge in unlocking & cleaning up my mess. I’ve used the program multiple times & even if I’m doing something different, I still use the basic moves. The GMB method’s & communications are top notch.

Lovely staff and a real knack for explaining how to progress in strength/flexibility/agility/biomechanics and cardiovascular health. I appreciate the follow along videos with built in tutorials giving realistic starting points (that can easily be turned off) and I love being able to have a different program based on how much time I have that still contnues the progression. I can always fit in 15 minutes.

I love the GMB programs. I started with Elements over 10yrs ago and have do a combo of Mobility and Integral Strength most mornings for the past couple of years. I am not the most active individual, but I am certain that these 2 programs are responsible for my improved range of motion over time. A number of colleagues in my field of work suffer from slipped discs, carpal tunnel, lower back and shoulder pain as a result of the nature of our work, but I have never experienced any of these issues at all. I truly believe it’s down to the strength and conditioning my body gets from these programs. I hate the gym and a personal trainer is not in my budget. I do eat healthy and I am not overweight. I will keep doing these programs because I have seen their positive effect on my physicality. I recommend them to my family and friends because I believe in the benefits, especially as one gets older. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it works great for me.

GMB is the best body weight fitness program. It's been my core program for over 4 years. I expect I'll be doing their programs for the rest of my life. If you are new, don't skip getting the Elements program. Elements has three levels and will truly take you a long way!

I started GMB to make my Achilles and knees more resilient. It has changed my workout/movement paradigm. My body feels more anti-fragile. A flight of stairs no longer causes consternation in my joints. I think I extended my Sunday rec soccer by another decade.

My experience with GMB Fitness is awesome. Their programs are creative, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. It's original and well designed. And you can feel the care. The tutorials are clear and easy to follow, which makes learning new movements much less intimidating. I also appreciate how consistent and mindful their overall approach is. It feels like I can learn to move better rather than just push through workouts I’d definitely recommend GMB to anyone looking for a smart, well-designed movement program.

I was recommended GMB by my osteopath. After years of gym machines and free weights my body was strong, but stiff, inflexible and in need of plenty of osteopathy to keep it going. My knees were too far gone to run the 5ks that I loved so much. After about 10 years of GMB mainly elements and integral strength at home everything in my 67 year old body just works better, and I'm back to doing the occasional 5k. I love the way I paid for elements all those years ago and get all the updates for free.

GMB programs are awesome. They have taught me so much, and all with specialist teachers. I’ve been using their programs for more than 12 months now and feel so much more confident in what my body can do. Sure improvement is required but isn’t that exciting tha now I can see some hope that I can age disgracefully.

I had never paid for a “fitness” program before GMB. I am very satisfied with the programs (Elements, Mobility, Integral Strength, Sequences and Alpha Posse) as well as GMB’s reasoned approach (they are not shirtless fitness bros shilling their program or some supplement I don’t need). Primarily use GMB to support my other activities (cycling, hiking, XC skiing) but have also found many other challenges through GMB (L-sit, muscle ups, movement flows).

I have done both Elements and Integral Strength and improved both strength and mobility. Particularly I find that my shoulder and torso stability when pushing on the ground is much better.

GMB has been great! It takes some getting used to the philosophies, but the results are amazing. Elements and Mobility have helped me move better and with more control!

Excellent program and great explanations of the movements. Love the movement training philosophy employed with the various ways to scale the more complex movements. Sometimes the app though freezes up and loses my progress or the audio is lost...but i usually don't mind repeating a training session.

I have been associated with GMB for a good number of years, and have come to regard their sense of care for their online clients very highly. With any kind of online program, it is very important to take the notion that a lot of your clients may not be very aware of their bodies, and may have the tendency to overdo certain exercises enough to cause themselves injury. GMB offers a lot options to regress movements/exercises until the required strength is achieved. I also find their "Live" seminars and messaging boards to make contact with their trainers or fellow clients makes it into a community centered around all of their programs. They have a base program called "Elements," that introduces clients to the way they work, introducing to their base animal movements: frog, monkey, crab, and bear. These movements form the structure of a lot of their more advanced programs, and strengthen the body in ways that are not made up of your usual calisthenics-like movements, but more in the spirit of yoga. The strengthening helped me overcome shoulder pain that I had for years. It isn't a quick fix, but like any exercise program, requires you follow through, doing the movements regularly. You can spend as little as 15 minutes a day, or up to 45 minutes a day...the online programs are self-administered, with demonstration videos for everything (you can skip them once you are familiar with them). You can log your workouts, schedule them whenever you want, and keep a log of your impressions as you go. Overall, I would highly recommend joining GMB and trying out Elements, or one of their other programs (I use their Mobility program when I feel extra tight from swimming or running).

Accidentally bumped into GMB some 4 years ago and kniw for sure I am sticking around for next 40. Well, maybe. It changed my training in many ways and I am having fun along with it. Only drawback, its online and not in person ;)

I absolutely love GMB Fitness. The only thing I wish is that I had started sooner! The programs are very well designed with clear video instruction so that you can adjust everything to your own pace. I am stronger, move better, and most importantly feel better. And I know I can do so much more! Thank you, GMB.
