What can I say, it’s the small things really. The small things that add up. I’m not super into social media or particularly one for participating in cross network meetings, that said, the guys here at GMB have your back. Super practical, realistic and very helpful, and this is at every level of experience and or skill complexity. For me, the approach to fitness(ing) from these guys is pitched just right; I have been to loud banging huge pumped up workouts and other group sessions but these guys are much more about the awareness of where we are right now. I’ve had life change up on me several times in recent years and I’ve always found the programs I’ve bought from GMB serves the moment; I feel fresh and ready I can ramp up or if I’m physically or mentally cooked I can still move and feel I’ve made a good decision. Simple honest training is taken care of by guys who know how to make things straightforward 👍🏻

These guys are the real thing. Science based, no BS or fancy marketing strategies. It's a do it and admire the wonders of being physically fit in every activity.

I have very much enjoyed the types of movement, teaching behind why they do what they do, and pacing/scalibility of the movements. As someone who has been into sports their whole life, I find it very refreshing to just see programs that focus on whole being wellness vs just goals towards sports. If that sounds like something you would enjoy, I would definitely recommend checking out GMB's YouTube and products!

I love the GMB programmes as I can do them from home without the need to go to a gym, they're progressive, the instructions are clear and I can work at the level I'm at. I've repeated several of them and there's always something new to learn and make progress with. Highly recommended.

I found doing the workout tapes got me past being frail, but eventually it was the same workout with different timing or intesity and my body ached in the same places and my strength wasn't real. I quit all that and found these workouts with animal moves and mobility and I am still sore, but its different places at different times so the fitness is more in line with what I want to accomplish-gardening, hiking, canyoning, cycling, beekeeping and I am not crying every night. I also broke my leg last week and every doctor, pt person who visited me said I was fit enough to recover fully. Now if I have patience to not over do things I'll be able to recover instead of feeling sorry for myself.

The gmb programs mix well with just about anything. Sense I've started im moving better and feeling stronger. I've also had a noticeable improvement in recovery time and overall resilience.

GMB changed the way I relate to fitness, and honestly, it changed my life a bit. For the first time, something truly clicked and it has naturally become part of my daily habits. Along the way, between stretching and the funny animal-style movements, you’ll find unexpected wisdom, good vibes, and small lessons in self-care. Absolutely worth the journey.

I’ve been using this for years and nothing but for the last year after I had to move into an apartment due to being displaced from a hurricane. I’ve kept the mass on my frame (after not lifting weights anymore due to not having a gym, which I was doing consistently for years prior), my body feels great, and even my bloodwork has come out great which I suspect is partly due to better recovery overall. I’ve tried all their programs and completed each of their core programs several times. I’d recommend it to anybody and the key is, stick with it, stay consistent regardless of how much time you can dedicate per day, and slow down. Quality of reps matter much, much more over quantity.

I had an extensive background in powerlifting and athletic training, and found myself traveling for martial arts. I wound up on the road without gym access reliably, and picked up a GMB program to try and fill in the gaps. I found myself feeling and moving better, and almost a decade later it's one of the cornerstones of my training still.

Since discovering GMB several years ago it has been an integral part of my lifestyle and daily routine. It has helped me me correct a long term shoulder problem, which is now 100% and just generally helped me feel the best I have in the last 25 years (at 53) it’s given me strength and mobility in ways I wasn’t able to achieve with other fitness routines. I find it fun and motivating still today and plan to keep it a part of my lifestyle for the long term future.

I like the guided and gradual approach to work always at the level I'm at. The exercises can get very difficult but by building over time, the progress is inevitable.

I’ve started with resilience moved on to elements and now starting integral strength. Have I gotten stronger probably. More importantly physically I feel so much better than before starting. That’s a big win for me!
