It's just brilliant. The platform is really simple and flexible. The programme (Elements) is engaging and really works - my flexibility and balance/coordination have improved hugely. Exercise is always hard for me to prioritise and I love GMB for fitting into my life rather than the other way around!

Great no-BS programs with addictive "fun" and "play" exercises that make you eager to train rather than "train because I know I have to"... Unlike other programs, no bare-chested muscular guys here - that's quite refreshing... Oh, and great customer support (thanks Jenn!). Keep up the good work!

At first I thought I wasn‘t able to do all these movements, but I become stronger and move better every day

GMB has helped me to address issues that I had neglected for many years and in doing so has made my training fun and refreshing for the first time in a long time. The organization of workouts and explanations when needed have been especially helpful in providing insight at the right time to help me through sticking points.

Coming from Yoga teacher path, and as lover of outdoor activities (climbing, swimming, cycling, hicking,...) I found GMB a really nice, smart and gradual (simple to complex) program. It is a bodyweight work program to understand gaps, learn new movement patterns, and increase body awareness and listening enjoying body mobility

I own 8 courses of theirs because their content is that good. Elements, perfect place to start.

I researched programs, tried others, but committed to GMB Elements. It's accessible for all, uses incremental progression, updated regularly, yours for life, with medically sound advice supported by an experienced Physical Therapist. Ryan, the chief instructor, is great. Check out his tutorials on YouTube. I've purchased most of GMB's offerings and bought their library for my sister. Invest in yourself and get Elements.

I'd looked at the program for years before finally buying it, and then I had my membership sitting ideal for a few more years before I finally started using it. Don't be like me. Buy it and use it. I was kicking myself after a few weeks with the program and realizing how much sooner I could have been improving my mobility. I still don't make the time as consistently as I would like to train, but I always feel better after I do, and I've definitely noticed the skills carry over in other activities, namely indoor rock climbing.

I found GMB trawling for stretching routines on youtube and was immediately hooked by the idea of physical autonomy through bodyweight exercises for strength AND mobility. I had struggled to find good exercises to support my dancing practice by increasing strength as well as furthering mobility, with most programs out there being both very time-consuming and deathly boring. Since going to the gym and working on machines has always put me off, finding a program to do at home or wherever I found myself without needing much if any equipment was very important to me. This is where GMB proved to be an excellent investment that provided for all the things I had been looking for and even for some that I didn't know were lacking or had thought way out of my reach before. The programs are very well structured, with clear and easy-to-understand explanations and demonstrations of exercises, highlighting things to focus on for each exercise, as well as (very important!) easier variations and ways to both de- and increase the difficulty of almost any given movement and exercise. The concept of Play has also become very important to me, even enabling a change of mindset that allows me to "play" with everyday movements and dance moves in a similar manner. Through GMB I have found a new joy and confidence in moving and challenging my body and myself, while not focusing overmuch on what I can and cannot do. Nothing is written in stone and with consistent effort and steady improvement, I know that I can reach my goals thanks to GMB showing me the way.

GMB Fitness has helped me beyond my wildest dreams. When I first heard of them through a YouTube ad, I was immediately impressed by their intelligent approach to improving one's fitness, and their programs have helped me even more than I could imagine at the time. Elements is really fun, even though it is very challenging for me, and makes me want to keep doing it, and gives me the courage too believe in myself. To keep working toward better and better physical shape despite lingering effects from injuries that have been limiting me for years. With GMB, I can see how I can keep improving my physical capacity, with time, and with practicing the skills they teach. The GMB Mobility program has taught me some ways of increasing range of motion, while building comfort in my muscles and joints through movements that are performed in a different way from the way stretching is usually taught elsewhere. Besides the programs per se, being a member of the GMB community has just been fantastic for the camaraderie and support of people who are all training to make their lives more fulfilling. It is so motivating to see what other community members are doing, and to receive encouragement from them, as well, for what I have been doing, and for new things I'm thinking about trying. If you're considering any of GMB's programs I would highly recommend that you jump in and give them a try. But, if you're not ready yet, you can make use of a lot of the free resources they provide via e-mail, YouTube, and social media, and already those can take you far. I mix them in with my paid programs

After my first work out I thought the program was too advanced. Having trusted the system. I have gradually started to lean into the movements that were beyond impossible not just painful Now I walk toward all the movements with a new found belief that if I cant today I know that I am moving in the right direction by just trying.

I am very satisfied with GMB as it offers simple programs with clear instructions. I previously had problems with my lower back which now have disappeared.

I love GMB Fitness because they give really good instructions in their videos. And in addition to the programs you buy (and can do all over again without limitations) they have short videos on instagram and youtube for free. Nice workout ideas, compilations for special goals (e.g. strengthen your wrists, get more mobile akles). Really good. Never stop this! Thanks a lot.

Love the Elements course which has taught me new skills and helps my body to move in sync. Two suggestions. I know the course is meant to get people moving, with the sentiment that what you can do is ok and you’ll improve, but info on best practice and what perfect form should look like would be good. You generally can’t practice in a mirror so it would be good to have really good tips on movement while Practising Second, I’m restarting the course and find it’s not very user friendly to be able to go back to earlier sessions in order

Hey Alex, you can tap the Tutorial button on any exercise to get the full details on correct form. And the program is designed to be done in order instead of returning to previous sessions. If you need to restart from the beginning, just send us an email, and we'll help you out.

Really nice approach to movements. Slow and steady pace with incremental difficulty. I am starting to see my hand balance improve. I will finish it and jump on to the higher levels

The GMB material covers every part of the body and helps me get more limber, which I really need as I age. I am going through Elements for the third time now and still learning.
