"Some years ago my daughter asked me to teach her a handstand. \r\nOkay! Let\u2019s go \u2026 but then I realized that I could not perform a handstand, too. Holy crab! \r\nOn internet I found a great tutorial on handstands written by the GMB group. This was an extraordinary good written proposal. \r\n\r\nI performed a lot of sports on competition levels (KENDO, race cycling, open water swimming, skiing), but the GMB method was very different. After joining the ELEMENTS program I learned what \u201cPhysical Autonomy\u201c means: Increased joint mobility, motor control in every range of motion, coordinated strength and a lot of FUN! \r\nDue to GMB there was a lot improvement in every sport I am performing. So, I integrated animals moves like BEAR, FROG, MONKEY in the warming of our Kendo Dojo. After joining the MOBILITY, MOBIUS and VITAMINS programs I was able to play with a lot of movements. \r\n\r\nAt the moment I am dealing with some shoulder and a lower back problems. The RESILIENCE program is a wonderful addition for every athlete (especially regarding martial arts). For me it is a great support regarding revalidation and prevention, too. It safely strengthens connective tendons and ligaments, creates margin with greater range of motion, improves balance and proprioception, acclimatizes to discomfort so you can stay calm. However, there is one very important point: you have to be consistent in your training! \r\nThat is the real magic of all martial arts and the vision of the GMB groep! "Triple Shot is the one I go to if I\u2019m feeling sluggish and I know I need to just wake up. It works every time!! There\u2019s so much to be said for the variety of movement, just hitting play and following along. Triple Shot always has at least one move that is a favourite, and one that pushes me. The combination of cardio, coordination, balance and strength training makes for a complete workout in such a short time!! And sometimes I pair it with 15 minutes of another program like Integral Strength or Resilience if I have time. I\u2019ve been using GMB fitness for several years now, and this year I turn 50 but feel like I\u2019m getting younger and stronger. I\u2019m always wanting to sell GMB to my friends and family because of how it has benefitted me and kept me motivated and feeling amazing. Never a dull moment with GMB!!"

"I have lifted weights (barbell and kettlebell) for 20+ years. I needed a program that kept me strong enough for what life threw at me but didn\u2019t leave exhausted for what life threw at me also. This was that program. It made aches end. It tightened up loose spots and loosened the tight spots. I can hang with the 20 year olds at work all day and even shock them with some things we have to lift and carry. This program is safe for the injured. "This is not going to be short, \r\n\r\nIf you don't believe you can be comfortable and confident in your body, Elements will prove you wrong. I had almost given up on ever feeling good about my vessel. It has always hurt, it could never do what I thought it should be capable of doing, what I saw other bodies doing. \"It's just how I am.\" And that is what I believed before I found Elements. The movements are so simple but difficult it's crazy. Ryan's instructions are easy to follow and the models do a great job of demoing the movements. It's all very simple. No chaff. You've done most of these move throughout your everyday life, and like me, probably have struggled with most of them. I've spent most of my time with Elements and some of that time with Floor Loco, another awesome program that I started mixing into my routine after completing Elements for the 2nd time. I paid for Elements and Floor Loco 2 years before I even tried them out. \r\n \r\nI am turning 40 next year, and I FEEL F****** AMAZING! GMB's programs have completely shifted my perspective on what I am capable of doing as a human. I like doing extreme sports and I've damaged my body. There's hardware holding stuff together. I DO NOT STRUGGLE with any of my injuries because of the time I've given to Elements. I've started to push it harder beacuse my strength and balance have improved so much. \r\n\r\nElements changed my life.
