I really like the programs I have purchased. The only complaint I have for the mobility program is you can’t start back at the beginning once completed. Every time I go back to it it will jump around from session to session. Other than that I am very happy with what I purchased

Hey, thanks for the review. And... you can *definitely* start over after completing the program. Sounds like something is glitching for you, so please send us a note at hi@GMB.io or from inside your account so we can check things out for you.

The program is good. The app could be better.

Programs are backed by very good movement knowledge which is reflected in the program content. I'm doing Mobility but will consider other programs in the future. The online platform is usually stable. However I can't see a way of interrogating the programs, as when I get through all sessions of Mobility I want to be able to search within the program to pick out various sessions and or exercises to suit my needs into the future.

GMB programs are well presented and cover an interesting range of movements and techniques for mobility and strength. Tutorials and videos are very clear and I've found their staff very responsive. However, although it is improving, their program organisation is not always logical or good for progression - two of their older programs, Vitamin and Mobius, now discontinued, were a bit of a grab bag of exercises, individually interesting, but wildly different in demands (so Vitamin would be a basic forward roll, followed by something like coffee grinder, a movement you cannot learn in 15 minutes unless you are way, way beyond the level of a forward roll). Their newer programs seem to be better, but be cautious about expecting to learn these moves unless you are already quite physically competent. The other big issue is their reliance on a web-based interface rather than an app - it's clunky and very vulnerable to service interruptions or poor reception. Still, I highly recommend Mobility and Elements for beginners.

Great layout and instruction. Minor shortcoming is that it (elements) doesn’t have any sense of progression, so for those like me stuck with immobile hips, it’s hard to get a feel for what improvement looks like.

I like the program in general, I see it more as a complement to the other programs, for example they alternate 2 days of integral strength with one of mobility, or kettlebells and mobility. That's why what I don't like are the final mobility exercises from element. I would prefer others that are more dynamic and that demand more from the range of mobility.

Decent fitness plan, but boy do they send a lot of emails after you buy it! Mostly trying to sell you more things.

No doubt that the programs have improved my ability to move in ways I'd never even thought of moving. I'm moving about with ease like crabs and monkeys and bears and frogs like I never dreamed I would. Now, how that will impact my overall quality of life going forward, I can't yet be sure. But, if I ever need to blend in with certain wildlife at a moment's notice, I'm ready. That said, the platform and production quality could use some polish, but the moves are effective.

After my first work out I thought the program was too advanced. Having trusted the system. I have gradually started to lean into the movements that were beyond impossible not just painful Now I walk toward all the movements with a new found belief that if I cant today I know that I am moving in the right direction by just trying.

Love the Elements course which has taught me new skills and helps my body to move in sync. Two suggestions. I know the course is meant to get people moving, with the sentiment that what you can do is ok and you’ll improve, but info on best practice and what perfect form should look like would be good. You generally can’t practice in a mirror so it would be good to have really good tips on movement while Practising Second, I’m restarting the course and find it’s not very user friendly to be able to go back to earlier sessions in order

Hey Alex, you can tap the Tutorial button on any exercise to get the full details on correct form. And the program is designed to be done in order instead of returning to previous sessions. If you need to restart from the beginning, just send us an email, and we'll help you out.

Good and fun program. Definitely have made some progress. Fast customer service in most cases if you have a question. The quality of the app could be better though. There's a lag, you can't do both gmb and Spotify (maybe on purpose but sometimes you wanna focus and sometimes...), the explanations can be very lengthy (slow talker) and you can't easily skip forward, it just could do with a relaunch. Still, I like the whole enterprise very much. 4.4/5

Yeah, unfortunately, we can't play videos in the browser while you're listening to music in another app. That's an OS limitation that impacts any web-based app. And you can totally skip the tutorials or move forward automatically. If you need us to walk you through that, feel free to message us anytime :)

Hi all, I’ve been an off and on user……but I have to say that I like the way I feel and move more when I’m active with your program. I enjoy the practicing aspect of the program. Tutorials are great and easy to follow. It’s just fun! Thank you Jacob Burrell

You guys made the program fun. I had a little trouble with the app not saving my notes but this did not impact my training.

Well-organized, clear presentation. Of course, as the customer tries to follow the video, there is usually no qualified person to monitor his or her performance and correct any errors. GMB has offered live, online training from time to time, so if the customer wants feedback it is available.

GMB supports my fitness goals: mobiity, glexibility and strength. The philosophy behind the courses seems solid. The courses themselves are focused to those goals.

My main criteria for any exercise program is getting me to actually do it somewhat consistently, and all the GMB programs have been great for that.
