I enjoy the mobility program in that, it has done exactly what it is supposed to. This year I've been doing a 15 min session daily, and had been through it twice before, and still find results through it (and 15 a day is achievable every day).
If you want to get moving better, it's a great way to do so.
Elements was great as well and also had a lot of movement benefits.
