The experience with resilience so far as been extremely positive. I've coupled it with FLOOR LOCO as a warm up. Started both at the same time and sometimes they complement each other what is very cool. Haven't noticed a significant difference in my resilience but some of the ways it twists me have been giving me a lot of stress relief.
As a rookie personal trainer and a movement enthusiast I'll definitely use some of the moves with my clients hence why I first needed to feel them in action
