Love this program. It's simple, doesn't take much time to do, and it's effective.
Effective for me means it makes my body feel healthy, or I should say, younger.
I'm just 33 years old, and I've been actively exercising since I was 15: Soccer, tennis, tae kwon do, gymnastics, calisthenics, gym, mixed martial arts... still, slowly but surely, my body started to feel more and more achy since I began my professional career (excessive sitting I suppose). I definitely perceive that my body moves and feels better after less than a month with this program (and I've tried others...). Plus, the program and website are laid in such a way that it makes it very easy for you to keep at it, and not side track.
