I wanted to trying the GMB method but I wasn’t ready to sendo on the elemetals pack so I bought FL to couple it with resilience and do both in 3 times a week between my main lift days.
I went from lifting 6 days a week using one lift using a different move pattern every day.
It was getting to tiring and I was not feeling it.
I needed something new and exciting.
Starting from floor loco is possible but not recommended for beginners. I'm having some trouble with some of the moves, mostly the static ones. But I push through
I noticed one thing though two of the sessions were exactly the same. Don't know if it's supposed to be like that as there's always a little difference in them inside the same flow.
