It’s the best of the flavors. It has a little kick to it that is definitely helpful. I take the entire drink at once, that’s the irish in me..you can sip it for the same result. I usually take it as a substitute for coffee in the afternoon. It usually lasts me into my evening sessions. It doesn’t come with the normal jitters of caffeine. I find it also helps with my focus.

Wow! That sums it up! Great flavor and instant energy without the jitters. Perfect as a pre-workout drink. Hit a PR lifting and ran a quick 3 miler afterwards.

The Blood Orange Ginger flavor is my favorite!!! It’s like one of those wellness shots and my morning coffee had a baby. It tastes so good and the energy is amazing. No crash (unlike my coffee). I’m obsessed!
