“Excellent ESD-Safe chair. I sought this model out because it has the adjustable height in a range that I can use it at a desk or at a workbench. This range is very common. The chair arrived when they said it would packaged well with no outside damage. Unfortunately, it appears that the truck passed through a very cold stretch of road and hit a bad pothole. One wheel shattered (can only happen if frozen) with no other damage. I had no trouble reaching the factory at the number provided and they agreed to ship a new wheel to me that day. The shipment from CA to NH took a full week due to Covid-19 delays, but it did arrive and my chair is great! I have used about 4 different brands over the years and am especially happy with this brand. Fully recommend.”
