“works, unfortunately not the most durable, this is my 3rd one. I think having a fitted case option would help keep them from getting damaged (no signs of damage though, just short out the iron)”

“Ordering from Kimco for the first time I encountered an issues where one out of three products could not be sent by mail thus making my order ineligible for free shipping. Customer service was quick to help me complete my order with an alternate item and did not charge me the balance of a dollar or so. Not much, but that combined with the quick turnaround on having my order completed definitely left me content.”
