“With the professional assistance of Jim(last name withheld for privacy & respect),i was guided through the process of obtaining the tips i felt sure i needed.Apon arrival, to my dismay,they were NOT...(My Bad!).So I immediately contacted Kimco, via email, and was fortunate to get all the information necessary to get a refund, since after more thorough examination of my soldiering iron, at Jim's behest, it was discovered that the actual iron itself was an "off-brand" and not a genuine Hakko! FYI: were it not for Jim i would have just been left with the annoying question of why didn't those tips fit, especially since i had researched so conclusively? Well, bottom line is, Jim "schooled" me,which i'm most grateful for, and therefore i was better able to make the decision to forget about the 'tips' and just get a genuine Hakko (later), with plenty of tips this time and just settle-up and obtain a refund. Which i did,and a couple days later the money was in the account! Piece of cake! THANKS FOLKS!”
