I ordered an item on 6th December and still haven’t received it. I chased them and similar to other stories on here , they said there are delivery problems but I’d get it in the next few days . It’s not arrived and I can’t get them to reply to me - I’m now going to see if I can get my money back via my credit card company I’d suggest you stay away, don’t be fooled by their cheaper prices, go for a reputable company that will actually deliver your product.

Do not place an order with this company. I placed an order 36 days ago and have had to chase it up with them countless times since. They started by making a series of excuses relating to their warehouse and distribution, then they eventually handed it to a courier. The courier proceeded to lose the package and failed to update the status on their useless online tracker, and provided no customer support to me whatsoever (as I wasn't their customer). Gooseberry eventually started ignoring my emails, and they never answer the phone line for the online shop, so I eventually had to call the salon. They told me they'd look into it with Hermes and get back to me, which they didn't, so I called again. Hermes told them they'd lost the package, but would look for it at its last known location. I told them that as 36 days had passed (much longer than the delivery timescales to which I agreed via their terms and conditions), I expected both the product to be delivered and for a full refund to be provided, by way of compensation for my wasted time. They said that they would refund the order, but would instruct Hermes to return the item to them if found, rather than for it to be sent to me. In other words, Gooseberry has wasted over 5 weeks of my time only to cancel my order with zero compensation or the product they agreed to supply.

Gooseberry shop DO NOT USE THEM I have never ever left a negative review BUT I don't have choice this time around as I do not want anyone else to have to order anything from such a company! Gooseberry shop takes money for good that they never send out and just mess around with you! I never thought a company that have UK address can be so dodgy! I ordered some good from Gooseberry’s website on 4 October. According to the information on their website I was supposed to receive the goods I ordered within 8 working days HOWEVER instead or received the goods I paid for, I received an email saying that there were some delays and my order will be with me in a few days. So I waited a few days and NOTHING … since the first email I sent on 15 Oct we have exchanged over 30 email! Gooseberry shop had promised number of times that they will send my order and I will receive my goods by the end of the week … 6 weeks later NOTHING. The address on the website is Nottingham NG3 5QR and this is the only reason I ordered from them! I finally had to cancel my order last Friday on 15 Nov. Now almost a week later they have not refunded my money. Since 4 October I tried to phone them but they never answer the phone. I am truly baffled by all the stellar reviews on their page! These must be friends, paid reviewers or simple people who lucked out with Gooseberry. If they don't send you an email and you wish to leave a review please contact support@reviews.co.uk. Also they have really bad rating on https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.gooseberrysalon.com Please do not make the same mistake and do not ever use them! This company is obviously not fit to operate in the UK!!!

I placed a order 1st sept waited so long they sent me a email will be delayed come October i received 1 item out of 3,so i emailed asking where the rest of the items they emailed back and said there was a delay now we in november nothing so i emailed i want a refund for my outstanding items they emailed back and explained 7 to 10 days it has been over 10 days now i will be in touch with trading standards tomorrow as they are not replying back to any of my emails now. This company needs to be shut down asap taking money of people and not delivering your goods then refusing to give money back worst online retailer then they bombard me with 20% off emails everyday I DON'T WANT 20% OF I WANT MY MONEY BACK DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY.

I ordered a hair product after 2 weeks hadn’t arrived, was offered a refund Almost 2 weeks ago, however this hasn’t arrived yet either. I keep getting e mails in which they are advertising the same product !!! My advise would be to avoid ordering from this company, I am going to contact trading standards.

I wish I had checked the reviews on this site before ordering... I don't understand how they can have 4.7 stars on FeeFo and only 1 star everywhere else? I placed an order for two bottles of shampoo for approx £55 on the 10th of October. It is now the 6th of November and the order still hasn't been shipped. They keep saying 'next week'. I have asked for a refund and received no answer yet. Please avoid at all costs!!!

I have ordered a hair product on the 10/09/2019. I have never received it and the company admits never sending it. They offerred a refund. And since than, for almost 2 months they keep feeding me promises of sending the refund in "3-10 business days". It is almost November now but money's still not received. I wrote them 10 times and they answered 10 times, but still no money. I am not alone here, many people complane about this type of scum - selling stuff they dont have and keeping the money. No one can do anything to them because they dont refuse the refund, just keep promissing sending it "soon". Avoid by all means
