“Great product. Have used Gooseberry Shop without any problem a few times but my latest order never arrived. After nearly 2 weeks and several phone calls I finally cancelled the order. A further few weeks on I still have not received a refund. Very poor customer service and lack of communication. I won’t be using them again.”

It's a great product and smells lovely and keeps my hair,along with the conditioner, in great condition
