“DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Product didn’t arrive, was re-sent and didn’t arrive, until was re-sent again and when it finally arrived, was smashed to pieces and leaking out of the envelope. I cut myself on one of the shards of glass whilst taking photos to send to Gooseberry. Gooseberry’s ‘resolution’ was to refund me - never mind the delay, damaged product or injury to myself. Under the circumstances, I would expect a refund and for the item to be re-sent, but Anna was absolutely resolute that this was a suitable resolution. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would advise anyone to steer well clear of buying anything from their online shop.”
