We're a military family ourselves, we’ve experienced first-hand the challenges of living an active life while serving. Many bike shops aren’t willing to offer a discount, don’t know how to ship a bike APO, or are simply too busy with their local customers. And sometimes, there may not even be a quality bike shop nearby.

It seems pretty simple, but the journey has been incredible. In early 2020, yup, that year, we opened our own brick and mortar retail location to better support our own local community, so if you find yourself near Biloxi, Mississippi, drop on in!

“I love the rack, it is strong and stable. My road bike fit perfectly. The only thing I would change at this point is a longer lock cable. It's just a tad too short to go around the core of my frame.”

“Ordered this from GovVelo.com at 1:30 on Tuesday, by 4:30 I received notice that it had shipped. Two days later it was on my front porch. And that was with free shipping. The rack was very easy to assemble. Perfect fit and finish. It easily installs on and off my vehicle. My two bikes fit and ride on the rack perfectly with zero noise or movement while driving down the road. With the bikes unloaded it folds tight up against my vehicle for safety. Haven’t had to use the Trail Doc yet but it seems like it’s going to come in very handy. This is one of the few racks I could find with the weight capacity to transport our e-bikes. Well don’t Küat!”

“This bike rack is great-- solidly built, easy to load, and holds the bikes solidly and safely (I've already used it to haul the bikes down some gnarly dirt roads to get to the trailhead). The integrated locks are a nice touch, as is the removable bike stand that stores mounted on the rack, ready for trailside bike maintenance. A nice surprise was that the box included one adapter for kids bikes with small tires, and also one strap extender that allows the rack to work with a fat bike. I thought I'd need to buy these separately. The only two downsides I could think of are the weight (this is heavier than the similar Thule rack) making it a bit tougher to move when not in use. And the rack needs some assembly out of the box (tools are included). A youtube video on Kuat's channel made that a breeze, though.”

“First and foremost, I finally found a rack to transport not only my full suspension bikes but my kids small bikes as well. Fast to load, have a lock built in for security and very convenient with the folding feature. Able to open my gate (halfway) on my Jeep JK Wrangler. I basically love everything about this rack from style, fit, finish, design, functionality etc. You get it, it's a nice rack! The price is a little steep but you get something that will work for many years and has a lifetime warranty behind it. Customer service is outstanding and address/resolve any concerns right away. The only think I would change is the lock pin that is supplied as it is smaller diameter than most pins but you can get an aftermarket anti rattle for pretty cheap. I was on the fence on this for a few months because of the price tag but honestly if you can swing it you will not regret this purchase.”
