About GovVelo.com:

We...
- Love riding bikes & getting people on bikes. -

- Crazy passionate about what we do, which is why we got into this! -

- Love sharing that passion! -

- Give extra to the military & government community. -

We're a military family ourselves, we’ve experienced first-hand the challenges of living an active life while serving. Many bike shops aren’t willing to offer a discount, don’t know how to ship a bike APO, or are simply too busy with their local customers. And sometimes, there may not even be a quality bike shop nearby.

It seems pretty simple, but the journey has been incredible. In early 2020, yup, that year, we opened our own brick and mortar retail location to better support our own local community, so if you find yourself near Biloxi, Mississippi, drop on in!

The trainer was super easy to setup and get started. Easily connects to Wahoo, TrainerRoad and Zwift apps. I’m having a little trouble getting comfortable on it but I’m very tall and need to do some more adjusting (also super easy to adjust). We have it in an open area and it doesn’t make much noise which is great because I often use this when the family is still asleep.

Rode 4000 miles on a Kickr core over the last year. Decided to upgrade. Super smooth and quiet. The adjustability is really impressive. Have 3 different bike setups switchable from the app in an instant. It is expensive but so far its worth it. I did get a great veterans discount from GovVelo. No more extra maintenance on my gravel bike. The only negatives I can come up with is the force required to lock in the seat height and handlebars is excessive and I have had the bluetooth connection cut out during about half of my rides so far for 20 seconds at a clip. During a race this could be an issue. Otherwise the climb function is great and the gear shifting is nice and smooth. Hope this helps anyone looking at the KICKR Bike
