“Best way to see the true Bali. Riding through rural villages away from the hustle of the tourist towns. Guides explained the sights, history and customs throughly. Being able to take part in a water purification ceremony whilst others looked on in awe. All accommodation was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for more.”

“A wonderful tour with incredible immersive experiences. The lodging and food options were diverse and excellent. The Grasshopper team went above and beyond to satisfy all requests. The cycling was more challenging than described with significant steep climbs and a few less than ideal roads. Selecting the E-Bike option should allow the extra push for most cyclists to full enjoy this great tour.”

We agree with your finding regarding the riding and following your trip we have upgraded this tour to a Level 3 tour - "Fit" - up from Level 2. This is the perfect tour to get an E-Bike on if you are not a routine climber (such as myself) or have a concern with hills. We'll look forward to hosting you on your next great adventure!

“Being in Bali is a feast for the senses and on our Grasshopper Adventure we were fully immersed in the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of this wonderful country. Our itinerary ensured we had a truly authentic experience; cycling well researched routes via diverse and scenic countryside, visiting local homes to enjoy delicious home-cooked lunches, and pausing to observe Balinese culture in the festivities and ceremonies that we frequently happened across. Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides made sure we didn’t miss a thing, and the whole Grasshopper crew took care of every detail so we could completely relax and enjoy the journey.
